Right, been figuring out what I'll be using for my first build over the past month or so and have finally come up with what I plan to buy, and will be buying this weekend.

Antec 300 Three Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case

Biostar TPower I45 Intel P45 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 LGA775 'Wolfdale' 2.80GHz (1066FSB)

Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB SATA-II 16MB Cache

Kingston HyperX 4GB (2 X 2GB) DDR2 8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Kit

2 x Akasa AK-274CB-4BLS 120mm Blue LED Fan

Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer CPU Cooler

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit - OEM

I currently have:

OCZ StealthXStream 500w Silent ATX2 Power Supply

Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3

Also salvaging the Optical Drive from my current system.

Anyone have any last minute suggestions on this before I spend as much as I did on my car?

Can't fault your spec mate, which is rather unusual since normally everyone suggests at least one change.

I've been planning this for about a month, changed a lot of it a few times since my first idea for a spec due to reviews and research, I've spent hours reently reading about the ram/cpu/mobo to make sure they will work well together.
