I would change your HSF if I were you...

I have the CNPS9700NT HSF, and it was OK for my old Athlon Dual Core, but I now have it cooling my i7 920, and it isn't doing a very good job at all...

There are plenty other coolers out there that will perform a lot better than the Zalman..

Along with this 120mm fan

That will be a lot better than a Zalman CNPS9500 thats for sure... Also it can be used on pretty much all CPU sockets, so if you decided to switch over to an i7 platform, you just need to buy the LGA1366 bracket for this HSF and it can be installed onto your new rig without any problems at all...

Apart from the HSF I can't see anything wrong with your spec list... it should make for a fairly decent gaming rig IMO...
