Hello good people, just beginning on my new rig. my grandson has just told me what a waste of time putting new ssd into the sata 3 ports on my mobo, a rampage 111 black, please is there anyone actually done this. thanking you in advance regards

I would put it on the SATA 3 6gb/s as the SSD looking at the specs on Ocuk page can write unto 500MB/sec.
