Would the Corsair Professional Series Gold AX850 850W have enough power for this build as i was going for the 1200w but i reckon it is overkill and what are your opinions?

850w more than enough.
Opinions.. build a 1155 socket i5 rig with a 670gtx instead much better value for money.
(but that is just me and you may well have your reasons for the 2011 socket)

For gaming id go the i5 route, the money saved could go towards a SSD :)

this is the build i prefer

why get the 2500k when the 3570k can be had for not much more?
same with the z68. the z77 is just marginally more expensive.
you're getting last generation's tech lol
that heatsink is actually quite crap according to most reviews. get either the phanteks 14pe or the k2 mount doom.
that ram is massive, and unless you have watercooling, it aint gonna fit under the heatsink.
520 isnt worth the price, i'd rather get the sammy 830 256gb for the price
