New Build.

Hi guys I recently just built myself a new computer.
Installed the water cooling today and I'm just looking for confirmation that you guys think it all looks okay, there's one fitting that I'll include a close up photo of that I'm slightly concerned about.

Is there some liquid in-between the inner wall of the tubing and the barb part of the compression? Bit differcult to make out from the photo's
