http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-404-IN&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=567 For just £10 more I would recommend getting the 3570k. Do you really need a DVD drive? Dropping that would let you put that i5 in without breaking budget. As for the SSD, OCZ have had some bad things said about them. So i would go with this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-008-CR&groupid=701&catid=2104&subcat=910. It's on offer this week so it is £4 cheaper than the OCZ. And probably faster. You could also save yourself some money and get this powersupply http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-006-XF&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=1497. It's made by seasonic and also cheaper. Everything else looks in order. Also, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-101-GI&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1699 It's only £4 more

must agree with above , if you have anything from an older build you can cut a few bits off here and there and add better stuff, a dvd is fine as long as it works, same as most cases for most people, its the bits in them

Do you realise you haven't got a HDD in the Spec, only a 64GB SSD? Is that really enough?

I don't think you need the 2500k or 3570k, as you wont be able to overclock it anyway, may aswell go for the 3570.

A modular PSU is a must. :)
