Right I think I've come up with my final build can't think of anything else needed.. I'm not sure if I will try and get overclockers to build it or do it myself yet as I'm not 100% confident in building and some point going wrong.

Would this be able to play games like Star Wars Battlefront, Witcher 3, fallout 4 and GTA V in good gfx settings I would like to upgrade gfx at somepoint when I get some more money.

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £826.34
(includes shipping: £19.62)

if you wanted faster ms then this has 2ms and its what i have and think its great monitor for a non gaming one(if youd even notice from 5ms-2ms)

either way unless corsair RM are bad, then you cant go wrong with that build  oh and if you need it then an ssd.

Thanks, will look at that monitor

I'm not 100% sure what psu to go with either the corsair RM or SuperFlower FX 650W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply - Black

Will get a ssd soon but at the moment it's not needed.

Those sort of games would benefit from a 970 (or a 390). It's doable for £10 extra (or less if you change some parts around), forgoing an aftermarket cooler for now. The 970 will give you far greater performance on good settings than an overclocked i5-K + 960. Night and day difference.

Spend more for an aftermarket cooler now or later, and just ask in the Overclocking & Cooling forum for help. It's easy these days, as long as you don't have some rare motherboard nobody can help you with.

The Corsair RMx is a good power supply, as is the EVGA GS in Danny's build. You get a bigger warranty with the Corsair unit (7 years). The EVGA is 5 years.
