Looks good to me.
What will it be used for? If it's just gaming then maybe get i5 instead and save some cash?
If you have spare budget maybe get one of those babies to play with:

If not, for few quid more you can get Samsung Evo 850 SSD which gives you few more gig to use and is a bit quicker.

Or maybe quad channel RAM?

Will be used for gaming and streaming, I already have a 250 gb ssd installed so this will just be extra for more games to go on and also got 2 1tb hdds

i7 sounds like a good pick then if you're going to stream high quality gaming. Not that i5 doesn't cope but it does smoothen things out - I made the same move few years ago and it eats up everything you throw at it.

If you already have one SSD I'd be tempted to get that m.2 for £90 more although it's not really necessary - more like an icing on top of a cake which is what this build is.
Otherwise I'd spend those few extra pounds on 950EVO SSD, perhaps 500gb - i have one of those and it's a great piece of kit.

I have the extra but looking to keep it as low as possible the SanDisk ssd I have now is alright for what I need so just looking to get another even though it's not needed just to put games on one and system and programs on the other.

Currently running a fx6300 and a range 270x so this will need a big upgrade for me

Oh you have a decent PC already then - why not just try putting the 970 in what you have and seeing how that works out? The fx6300 is a very capable CPU and with that graphic card should do just fine tbh. It's the 270x that's holding you back, not the CPU :-).

yeah was thinking that but its getting old now and want to future proof it hench why im going for the high end system so i can get a few years out of it
