Hi, Really needing some help for my brother. He is in oz ,but told me to speck a machine up. He as got a 2500 poundish budget.He wants it to be intel and water-cooled. This is beyond my remit lol. Soi if anyone fancy the doing this for me I would be mighty thankful.

Where's he going to buy the parts from?

By water-cooled does he mean liquid AIO for the CPU, possibly GPU as well? Or a full custom water-cooling loop (more expensive)?

hopefully everything from overclockers. with watercooling he hopes for a custom but will settle for aio if he has to.
