Can anyone offer any advice - possibly is there anything over spec'd - so I can reduce cost?

I would prefer to buy from OC but struggling to get anything maching this spec and price.

Hoping to not need to replace for 4 years - ish.

That 120mm AIO unit is not going to do well with a 12 core CPU running multiple cores/threads for playing games and encoding video streams for Twitch. Should be 240/280mm as a minimum.

EDIT: you'd be better off with high-end air cooling over that 120mm unit.

The spec is about as good as you can get however if it were me I'd actually swap the 3080 for a 6800XT due to the AMD platform having Smart Access Memory which allows the CPU to get direct access to GPU memory on Zen 3.

I don't think SAM is enough to consider a 6800XT over a 3080 considering you lose the better RT performance, DLSS and shadow-play among other features. Besides nvidia will have its own version of SAM out soon.

I wouldn’t get AMD over Nvidia here. He uses discord and twitch, Nvidia is better or those uses.

@ROBERTO MORRIS get 1TB NVMe drive, you will need it.

also shop around for parts and put it together yourself.
