Otherwise, a £2000 budget with a £500 graphics card would be megaaaaa overkill.

Yes i agree thats why asking for advise i look at a lot of suggested builds and graphics cards seem to swallow up budget thats why i said upto £500

It meets the requirements in your spec, but honestly: if all the PC does is pootle around in Microsoft Word, this is not necessary.

Ways that I would save money:
- Remove the PCI-E 5.0 M.2 SSD.
- Downgrade the motherboard to Asus TUF A620-Pro (though you would not have 4x M.2 slots, which is why this build includes the TUF X670E).
- Remove the water cooling, since a peerless assassin would do just fine (or even the 7700's box cooler: wraith prism).
