hi
we have setup a small office and 'electricians' ran all the cable as per the MD's instructions
BT have put in the broadband, which we will use as the fax
our fax machine is also our network printer, but the printer is over the other side of the room.
by that printer is 2 network points, 1 is so the printer can be used to print on the network, the other i have been told is 'for the fax and franking machine'
so my scenario is (probably easy if you know what you need) i have 1 data point on wall, that i need to plug both a fax and franking machine into?
and then the cable goes to the BT Socket on the wall, but it has an RJ45 end on which wont obviously go into the phone socket on the ADSL filter.
assuming the cable is ok, what parts/accessories do i need to get those devices working on the phone/fax line
