New cabinet installed on my estate

This new cabinet and the strange yellow things is being installed just up the road from me.

Is this some kind of new fibre? I checked a few websites and none mention upcoming availablity in Nuneaton.

Currently my options are VM or 50-60mb.

Does look like the VM cabs. Will this just be expanding or rolling out full fibre?
