New camera - what do you think

This is the view from my livingroom, so i take loads of photos of it. Quite handy really. Especially good with a tripod.

These are on my clock, they open and close every few seconds.

Currently my backround.

Got this effect from shining a flashlight into the lens.

These are some of the better ones i have taken.

It is a Canon Powershot A620, which is 7.1M pixels, so i have had to reduce the images for here quite a bit.

The camera was £250 from a highstreet vendor. The photos look really good at their full res. Should be taking some of the downs here in Bristol soon.

That it is, unfortunately all the local chavs like to congregate near it by the river. They make quite a lot of noise late at night

lucky to get it for that price, and dont get the card from a high street store, they are much cheaper online (Here for example), i got the high speed 512MB one from here, and i have no problems. Nice and quick.

This camera has an amazing marco mode (1cm), but the only downpoint is that you have to diffuse the flash to reach in front of the lens, otherwise you get over half the image in darkness.
