New Car - Ding on front, any advice?

Got back to the car after picking up some shopping in our local supermarket and noticed this knock on the front of the car. Fabulous, only owned it for a couple of days. :(

Just wondering what suggestions are out there and expected results. I'm considering chipsaway, but after not using a repair service before I'm unsure of any cost. I'm half tempted just to touch it up myself and walk away but would certainly prefer a professional look. It appears to have a nice crease which would need sorting.

Anyone else have experience with this sort of knock?

Chips away, i wait till i have got 2 or 3 of those sorts of dings, then get them all done at once.

I appreciate the advice and since there is a 15cm light crease on the rear bumper I'm going along to a local recommended bodyshop to get both done. It's £200 all in to get them fixed with (car) lifetime guarantee. I'll post some more pics when the jobs done, with a before and after on the rear bumper damage. It's going in on the 14th June and should have it back by end of play 15th.

@Duke - Unfortunately it's scraped the paint off and made a depression into the bodywork. It's hard to see this from the picture.

@markweatherill - Phew that's a relief... ;)

It's all done and I'm really happy with the repairs. They sorted out the front knock, rear crease which was actually much longer than 15cm (forgot to take a photo) and a classic supermarket carpark ding in an awkward spot on the rear wheel arch.

I'd like to offer some kudos, and the guys who did it were Sandbach Accident Repair centre on Hind Heath Road, Sandbach, Cheshire. Speak to syd if you're after work done. I noticed there's also a specialist BMW garage "Hind Heath motors" next door which might come in useful.

If you've had it from a dealer take it back and tell them you've noticed it.. worked for my Dad when he picked his 118 up a few years back..

I might as well give it a shot. It was a franchised dealer and their supposed rear bumper repair was very poor after inspection.
