New car needed

Hello All,

Long story short is that I need to replace my car.

Normally this would not be an issue but my son is 6 foot 2 and has trouble with leg room in our current car (Corsa).

So, my question is does anyone have any suggestions on a reliable car that is good for a tall passenger who needs plenty of leg room\head space?

Currently if we go anywhere the passenger chair is pushed all the way back but it still not enough.

Would like to keep the engine size to 1.6 and the car is normally used for local driving with the odd trip out for the day.

Do not really want to spend more than needed and not fussed for things like sat nav and all the perks etc

thanks

My boy is 6ft6 tall and almost as wide but he fitted into my wife’s 54 plate Corsa! She’s 6ft2.5.

She’s now replaced it with a Jazz and they both fit in there easily.

Do you have a budget? Will help with suggestions
10/12K is what we are looking at but unsure if this is even enough looking at the prices of cars online!

Thanks, I will take a look at the Jazz, Ours is a Corsa from 2011, think its the energy brand

Honda jazz
Honda civic
Honda HRV
Toyota corolla

The new Seat Leon has a lot of rear passenger space, could be worth a look.
Do you mean in the back of the car because I am 6ft3" and can fit in anything really as a passenger.

Saying that I do prefer bigger cars so something like a Vauxhall Insignia would be a perfect replacement for your Corsa.
