No. Get a 6670 or even better a 6770 / 7750.

NVidia make good top end cards, but cant compete at the moment with AMD in the budget price bracket.

No, they won't. Those are weak cards, but good enough for HTPC use. Go with one of the AMD card suggestions in this thread for gaming.
