New Card Advice/Monitor Setup

Current Graphics setup
2x 980s SLI

Monitors
ROg Swift + 2913WM 21:9 2560x1080

New setup
3 screens wide + 1 on top
want: 2x 980s running the single ROG Swift

new card to run other monitors for youtube videos/server monitors putty sessions etc

what card would you recommend for running 3 screens along with the 980s.

Nvidia would probably be better for compatibility
(nvidia+amd drivers could be a bad idea)

Suggestions?

Stick with your 980s Smogsy and wait it out for Pascal.

I'm looking for a card just as an extra on top of the 980s that all so I can extra monitors like a 730 or something but not sure how low/high to go for 3 screens

You should be able to run 4 monitors off those 2 GPUs? I only ever run 3 but could run 4.

Nvm the article I read a while ago is missing apparently.

Was something about using a third, low power card separate to your SLI configuration just to power displays.

problem is you must be running NVidia Surround. not sure i want this due program compatiable (fullscreen mode etc)

Which card do you deacon? 750?

Just need it quite support 3 screens & blower could be handy
