new card advice

HIS are very reputable but most reference cards are basically identical to the AMD design (plus a few superficial stickers). As it is reference, it is no more or less likely to have problems than any other 7900 reference card from any other manufacturer.
 
ok thanks for the help i shall order one on tuesday. if it turns out to be as good as advice for my psu i ordered couple of days back all be happy
