New card decisions

Basically I'm still struggling to decide what card to buy right now

Currently like these two but why are the processing cores so much higher on the ati card and would it make much difference?

Need one soon as I'll be ordering a new xfx PSU and got a new ssd to go in st the same time

I like games like skyrim, batman, bf3, f1 2011, NSF etc do need one that'd be the best I can get for £280max and one that's last a while

Tempted by the 560 as its cheaper and when I get a new mobo I could run both in SLI

But any suggestions would be appreciated

It's gonna be run with the specs in my sig apart from i'm gonna be getting 8gb of corsair xms3 and an xfx 750 or 850 psu (850 is only £15 more)

you cant compare numbers between the cards as theyre made on entirely different architectures
The best card for your budget would be a 570, though between a 570/6970/560/6950 theres not going to be an awful lot in it
