New Card - Drivers

I feel like such a new bro for asking this

I've got a 570 coming tomorrow to replace my aging 6850.

Before I go meddling with my system I wanted to know the best reccomended way of deleting my old drivers and installing the new.

I was thinking:

1. Uninstall old drivers via uninstall programs?
2. Remove old card
3. Plug in new card
4. Download latest drivers from Nvidia site.

Am I doing this completley wrong

I think you have to uninstall them via the hardware manager.
That's how I've seen it in tutorials anyway, I'm sure a more experienced member will help out.

1. Uninstall Drivers through the way you said
2. Reboot
3. Run driver sweeper
4. Reboot
5. Swap cards
6. Install new drivers
