New card for ~£30

Hello,

Decided to upgrade from my current awesome power of 2Mb...

Needs to be ~£30,
from the overclockers shop,
AGP 4 compatible (mobo also says 1.5V),
capable of 1440*900,
capable of 2 monitors

My mate suggested either the ATI Radeon 9550 128Mb, or Nvidia Geforce 6200 128Mb. I'm easy as to which one, but i might run linux and Nvidia has better support.

Any recommendations/suggestions/ideas/cares in the world?

Would that run on AGP 4? I've read up on the website for it and it only states AGP 8...

I think it's backwards compatible. It's recommended to use AGPx8 but if you've only got a x4 bus lane then it will still work, but it won't quite match the speed of an AGPx8 bus lane. Even then I don't think the performance difference will be too much.

And as for the slower speed of AGP4 anything will improve on my 2MB of raw power that im getting rid of!

Mine has the chrome controls too, that's not actually mine in the picture but it's the same bass as mine. I'm lazy like that!
