Hi guys, looking to get a new card for around £200 max, something that will last a while and play games at 1920x1080. Current hardware is listed below and any help is greatly appreciated, don't mind NVIDIA or ATI. Been out of the loop for a while so am hoping you guys can point me in the right direction to get the most bang for my buck, as they say!

Antec 300
Gigabyte H55M-UD2H
Corsair TX 650W V2
i5 760
8GB HyperX DDR
XFX 5830HD

AMD: 7850
nVidia: wait for the 660 to come out, or 570 (a little over budget, and the 660 might well be as well)

Most people would probably say go for the 7850 unless you have a specific reason to go for nVidia, as they clock to be in the region of a 580 in a lot of cases

The best card out in that price range at the moment is a 7850, I would get a good non-reference cooled one if it was me. You may also be able to get a 7870 for that price, which might be a better choice if you dont intend overclocking.

If you are not in a mad hurry, it might pay to wait a couple of weeks till we have more info on the soon to be released nvidia 660.

Do some research though, read reviews, ask yourself how tolerant of noise you are, if you intend overclocking etc.

Noise isn't really a factor for me, I've just gone from a really loud PSU to a really quiet one so yeah. I would prefer not to overclock so one that comes ready to go at stock would be ideal :) Will definitely be doing some research though, I just know that you guys are the best to come to :)

overclocking just involves downloading msi afterburner and moving sliders. it isnt anything to do with rocket science lol

Try and get a 7870 then, a reference one will be fine if you are not overclocking. Have a lookout for one on special offer, and try to get one like a gigabyte or MSI if you can as they have UK based customer support for warranty purposes.
