So I recently upgraded from a 7800GTX to an 8800GT. On the desktop everything is fine but during games I seem to get quite noticable screen flicker, it seems worse the darker the background. Im not sure if this is related but during games their seems to be a lack of contrast and everything seems alittle dull compaired to before. I may just need to tinker around with the settings for this.
I thought it could be my monitor (Acer P223W) refresh rate but I only seem to get it during games.
I have a 580w Hyper R and a Q6600 @ 3ghz.
Any thoughts would be apprieated.
