New Card!

Ok. So i havent been keeping track lately of the new GFX cards that have came out and im now looking for a new card. I have boiled it down to a 8800GT 512mb card or a 9600GT card. Which is better? Also i have a Asus A8N sli mobo, a Hiper 580Watt psu. Will these run either card fine?

8800 GT is better, and your mobo will be fine, but if thats a TypeR PSU, then i personally wouldn't risk it, got a very bad rep on here as they go BOOM quite a lot.

I know. Ive heard all the horror stories lol. Touch wood, mine hasnt faulted yet!

Another vote for the 8800GT here, superb card - loving mine with a custom config in Crysis, it actually runs smooth!!

Handles everything else while laughing at it - and I paid £180 for mine, get 'em while theyre cheap!

this week only the point of view GTS is the same price as the GT so go for that!
