New Card?

Hello,

I'm just wondering if it's worth upgrading to a newer graphics card with better peformance. I currently have a GTS 250 and well it isn't one of the best cards but it's alright. What would anyone suggest to me? Would the 6870 out perform my current card with ease or is there alternatives. I don't mind switching to AMD/ATI either.

My resolution is: 1920x1080 and at the moment I play games such as:

Battlefield: Bad Company 2
Minecraft (not really a hardcore game)
F1 2010
Flight Simulator
Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

and so on.
