Hi peeps I'm stuck I had 2 470 in sli one has passed away lol.i wanna get a new card would like a 970 but I dono if my bios would need updated ( which. I can't do lol) or I'm thinking about 2. 770s in sli less hassle just want to plug it in and go hassle free any suggestions would be great thank you .

Bios updates are usually really easy these days. You can download the Bios from the manufacturer which in this case is Asus? And you can execute the bios executable/file from the desktop and it will extract it self and install on reboot. Well that's what most are doing these days. But you probably will need a bios update.

Not sure you would need 2 770s in sli to do the work of 2 470s in sli, one 770 should have the power to all it, which should be a easy way to go?
