New card

Hi snips

have already posted about upgrading now just choosing the card.

4670K
770 GTX
8 RAM
600 PSU

Currently playing fallout 4, looking at battlefront and AC sindicate
Playing at 1920 x 1080

Any 970 would be a good shout at that resolution to be honest. That one you've linked isn't a bad card as reviewed by OcUK (I think) and even 8Pack has endorsed it. Other choices would be MSI, Gigabyte and EVGA!

I think that at 1440 it'll start to struggle.

A 390 might be a better option.

That's only a general bit of advice, as a lot depends on the framerate and detail settings you like to run your games at, and what type of games you play.

If you want pretty well max settings and at least 60fps, a 980ti would probably be the best (and more expensive) option.

Can you not run your old card with 1440P DSR? That would kind of give you an idea of how it performs with your current card and how much performance increase you will need.

Generally 1440P needs higher gpu bandwidth hence why the 300 series performs well at higher resolutions.
