One of the upcoming non reference GTX 1070s when they launch.
Depends on how much you're wanting to spend, but the RX 480 and GTX 1070 are both looking like good options in terms of price to performance and should be available by the end of the month. Of course, there's also the GTX 1080 if you're made of money. 
Buying any of the older cards seems rather pointless at this stage, since there'll soon be brand new options at a range of price points (~£200 for the RX 480, ~£350 for the GTX 1070 and £550-£650 for the GTX 1080).
