Hi. I need a bit of help. I want to replace my old but still running Gigabyte 7950 with a Radeon 5500 and I want to know if my motherboard(Gigabyte p8z77 deluxe-1155) supports it and also if I can get an adapter for my monitor (Samsung SyncMster p2450) that has a DVI-D connection. Thank you.
