After now having upgraded just about everything else in my computer, i have decided its time to get a new case and PSU.

I went from a Coolermaster acts to a Thermaltake Tsunami and although the Tsunami is considerably quieter then the Coolermaster it just isnt in the same league as far as build quality and looks go... :(

what i've decided on is

Lian-Li PC V1000 PLUS Black Aluminium Midi-Tower (No PSU) (CA-027-LL)
and
Enermax Liberty 500W ELT500AWT ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CA-025-EN)

I like the idea of a modular power supply as i'm fed up with trying to hide the unused cables somewhere.
what i need advice on is if anyone can think of a better combination for about the same price (£215) or if there are any problems with my choice of power supply as far as cable length goes (never had a case before with the PSU at the bottom)

Looks like a good choice to me.

Be warned though, even with the liberty, it still won't look amazingly tidy, but it will be better.

Got an Eclipse myself, but i'd still say Lian Li is a great choice, they look the dogs firsthand. Have the 500W liberty though, and i love it.
