I have installed a new Bitfenix Spectre fan which I have connect to SYS FAN 1 on the motherboard. my other Befenix was previously connected to SYS FAN 1 as I have the new fan plugged in there now I have connected this to SYS Fan 2

The problem is the fan in now running at full speed which it previously was not it only used to spin up full on system boot. How can I change this?
 
Bios is your Friend :D
Seriously have a look in the bios should be a setting to reduce speed/volts in there somewhere on that fan header
