EDIT: I Am Waiting for the Phanteks Project 916 Case as this has just clicked.

So after the commitment to buy the CaseLabs STH10 and then being shot down by the £270+ Tax / Duty pushing the price up to over £850 I am not in search of a new case.

I'm very picky when it comes to cases I love Metal, Glass and a huge window to see all my parts. Plastic puts me off unless it compensates elsewhere.

Size isn't really an issue unless its a huge cube case, which cant be done.

I have 3 options currently;

Lian Li PC-08 (Clicky)

Pro's

Beautiful Design
Glass Panels
Aluminium
LED Controller

Con's

360 Rad could be a difficult mount
Very limiting rad options with only a 240 and 360 available (Is this enough for CPU and multi card cooling)

InWin 909 (Clicky)

Pro's

Beautiful
Glass Panels
Aluminium
Better radiator mounting points than the Lian Li

Con's

Not as 'Show Piece' as the Lian Li
Reservoir location could be tricky.
Again only has a 360 and a 240 rad mount.

Corsair 900D (Clicky)

Pro's

Huge with much space
480 Rad, 360 and 240 rad mounts.

Con's

Reports of being Flimsy and not worth the price
Plastic Window
Not even close to as 'Premium / Show Piece' as the Lian Li or InWin.

Any experience with either of these or opinions are welcome.

Consider some of the phanteks range. Very highly praised for watercooling.

The problem with showpiece cases is that often they have cack all airflow leading to either heat or noise issues.

Regarding the pc08, define multi card? are we talking 2 3 or 4 cards here, as 2 cards plus cpu will be fine with a 360 and 240 :)

Im actually considering the pc08 for my next case actually, its just beautiful.

Also I would get this one https://www.overclockers.co.uk/lian-li-pc-o8swx-atx-cube-case-black-ca-740-ll.html which is cheaper as it doesnt come with the crappy stock fans and Led strips.

The fans will be replaced regardless. I actually like the LED Kit as I purchased the PC-O8s originally as a mistake and returned it due to wanting the LED Kit.

Multi card would be 2x SLI but I have a tendency to go overkill and might 4x SLI just because 4 cards look so shiny

Prefer the Thermaltake Core X5 to any of those, personally.

Its a tad small for my liking and nothing makes that case stand out to any other to be fair.

Seen these Phanteks and they look alright, not a big fan how the window is only part of the case and how the HDD Rack area is just a block. I also have no use for 5.25" bays so I would like to have the additional space.

I know what you mean with the show cases, Maybe something can be done with good Pressure fans to prevent overheating.

With all these cases in mind I have just discovered Phanteks Project 916 (Not Yet Released)

These case looks like everything I could ever want + more. so for now my money is put aside for this beautiful case.
