New case help

hi I just brought this today

I've swapped everything over from my old case done all the cables an what not an almost everything is perfect
Thing is the computer works perfect no problem only problem I have is all the motherboard things like fans led are not coming on its ment:confused to connect to the MB for power but I've tried all the pin connecters an still no working am I missing something please some help thanks

lol only just brought it its brand new everything else works perfect I must be missing something

my motherboard is Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 how do I post a pic of what I'm trying to explain
Have a 4pin with pwm cable on it please help
