Currently i have the Phanteks Enthoo Primo and it's too big!

Want to move all my hardware to a small case ideally with a window either on the right side or the front.

My board is an ATX and i have a 980Ti. Must have good cable management as i don't want the side bulging with all the cables crammed into one side.

I'll also be getting rid of the water cooling inside and switching back to an AIO so needs to accommodate to that.

Don't have a budget but don't want to go mad!

Cheers for any help! :)

It's a nice case but as it'll be going on my left side, i want a case with the screen down the right or the front, i don't want to stare at a blank wall on the case ;)

Well, the problem is that it has to be an ATX case.
There are some mATX cases with front window (LianLi), but they are expensive.
The case I am using for my project is dirt cheap and have windows on both sides, but it is also mATX. Problem is, it would cost you some serious money to bring it to UK, which is kinda pointless.
What's left are custom cases.
Check here the link below, the guy asked the same question there and there are a few good suggestions:

The window thing limits you, best options I can think of would be mATX (Corsair 240 and LianLi 359)

Cooltek W2 or NZXT 340 are both compact ATX but wrong window side.

Well, if you want, you can always try to get one from Poland, they might be sending these abroad :)
But its mATX :)
SilentiumPC Alea M50 (google for pics).
Large windows on both sides.

Well, the case would cost you around 35£ so even with delivery cost, it is still cheaper than LianLi mATX case with small window in front ;)
Choices, choices ;)
Of course it is not the same class as LianLi - Some parts are mat plastic and some are steel, but it looks solid enough and is very light.

I have gone for the Define S :) Will be here tomorrow along with a new H100iGTX. :)

All i need now is an external DVD writer so i can install windows 10 again. :)

Very good choice.
I only bought M50 because I also decided to go for mATX motherboard, otherwise Define S was the prime choice.
Write your thoughts about it after you build your rig :)
