Will probably swap out all the fans for some ultra silent 1's also

Both of those Phanteks are high quality with enough room to open a pub inside, with similar possibilities for airflow. Primo has the added benefit of the separate PSU compartment, allowing 2 intake fans to be placed on the bottom directly underneath the expansion slots. I have Primo and while I like it, it's not particularly silent at stock but if you plan to replace the fans anyway then that's of no concern.

Modern day Corsairs are no way near the same quality standard, actually I continue to be surprised whenever I hear someone actually buys their stuff; I had this naive belief it's only Americans or those with no access to other brands. Anyway, I most certainly wouldn't go there.

HAF X is a classic with a very efficient bruteforce approach to cooling. The innards are clearly a bit dated but if you like the style, it still makes for a good large tower option.

If you don't need support for EATX motherboards and don't have plans for a watercooling loop of grandiose proportions, Silverstone FT02/RV02 or even FT05/RV05 are worth conisdering as well. The AP181 are not the pinnacle of silent fan technology but there are very easy fixes for making these cases very quiet yet with very effective air-cooling; all of them can take multi-gpu setups as well, no sweat at all.
