Hey all,

My 680 though it fits in the new case the problem is the position of the power cables on the top of the card just hangs outside the case so the side panel doesn't close, so what I'm looking for is a new gpu as good or better then the 680 with the power commenters on the back of the card not the top I have about £250 can you spec me plz

Take a look at the Corsair 540, it's great for cables as many of them are hidden on the other side and will also drop temps by a fair margin

As for GPU I'd highly recommend the 970 GTX! Can you stretch to an MSI 970? if not go for the GALAX 970 :D

looks like i'll have to RMA this case back to OCUK and look for another one, nightmare build this is turning out to be.

I would as you shouldn't have an issue with graphics card power cables, even on my budget case I didn't.

Corsair 540 is a great case... The thing I love about it even if you have very bad cable management skills "Like me" this case makes things very tidy. It also has very good air flow around the GPU's and is very future proof.

Edit
Sorry see you already have case.

Yeh he has a case but apparently it sucks :(

well the case is a Corsair Carbide Series Air 240 High Airflow PC Case, it's a nice case, just when the 680 is plugged in you cant get the side panel on due to the powercables that go into the GPU.

So I guess I'm looking for a GPU thats not as bulky tall, height, as the 680.
