Hi I have got my self a new case,
I am swapping over the motherboard on to it but i have hit a snag and hope someone can help me.
The wiring has different connection to the one i am taken out.
The power button from the old one was a nine pin, where as my new case has individual two pins.

This is the new wiring

Look in the board manual should say what goes where.

You aren't going to blow anything up all that will happen is it wont work until placed correctly.

Funny though as the 9 pin (10 pin connector with one blanked off) is normally for front panel USB.

I would have thought all cases would be the same, or at least similar for it to confirm to the atx standard.

Maybe thus motherboard is of a proprietary design and not atx at all, and therefore tricky to install in a new case.

Sussed it, i put the power and the reset to the back four,
And the other well, one was a three pin and the other was a two pin.
Five at the front, four at the back simple when you have no alchol in you.

The i had an ERROR: SYSTEM FAN FAILED.
After 10 mins of wondering what that was, I discovered a small yellow wire not plugged in, (fan)

Now works a treat.
Although the fans are so noisy i need to buy silent ones.
