New CASE needed! Please Help :)

Hey Guys,

As it says by the title, I'm in need of a new case. I currently have the ANTEC 300, to be honest, it isnt a bad case at all but bloody hell, by looking inside, it does like to collect a fair bit of dust. Which is why I've came to a decision of purchasing a new case.

I'm looking for a case which will have a good amount of space, good airflow and dust filters. Also, cable management is needed as the ANTEC 300 doesnt even have that. Overall, Im looking for a case which will be worth and best for the money: maximum I will spend for a case will be £100, post and package is not included in the price.

Do you want to watercool, and do you want a silent, minimalist case or a gamers case?

The things that jump to mind:
Corsair 500R.
Lancool K62 (because I own one xD - so take that recommendation with a pinch of salt, I'd say now a days it's slightly outdated compared to the 500R).
Corsair 550D
Fractal R3
CM Storm Trooper is pushing £109, but I'm sure it goes on offer every so often for <£100.
Silverstone Raven 3 (Rv03).
Cm690ii, maybe, but I'd say some of the above are better. I'd put the 690 on par with the Lancool.
Anidees AI-6B looks amazing, but I'm wary of suggesting it, because I haven't seen any reviews with regards to functionality.

I won't be using watercool and for noise, I do want a quiet case but again, I'm not too fussed with that. Im interested in a gamers case

I will look at these cases now, I must say I have been particular interested in the ANTEC 902 case and the CoolMaster HAF 922 case.

HAF922 isn't a bad choice, but if you're looking at Coolermaster cases, I really would advise looking at the CM Storm Trooper. Exactly the same looks wise, but it blows the 922 out of the water.

I've never been a big fan of any of the Antec cases, so I'd kind of put the 902 up against the 500R, where again I feel the 500R is better.

But yeah, definitely worth mentioning the Silverstone Raven RV03, it's different, but is a good price for what you get.

Corsair 550D Currently on offer with OcUK. Or Fractal Design also on offer with OcUK at the moment. I am currently gunning for a Corsair 550D. But they have gone out of stock.

Hmm..the CM storm tropper does look awesome, I remember looking at it before and I love the design of it!

The Silverstone Raven 3 also looks incredible and looks massive, considering it can support E-ATX motherboards, wish it had reviews, but thats what the internets for

. The FRACTAL designs, to be honest, they look too ugly lol.

Antec 902, my friend has it, which is why I was interested in it and to be honest all I know I think he loves it.

Fractal's are ugly? Wow, don't think I've ever heard that before. Minimalist design =/= ugly, but aesthetics are subjective, so fair enough

After looking at the FRACTAL, the Aesthetics are very well thought of, its all tidy too.
I'm currently watching the CM Storm trooper at the moment and shall watch the Silverstone Raven.

Both look appealing to me, both look good for the money. Both will be much better than the ANTEC 300 haha
