Hi,

Can I please get a recommendation for a case, I don't have an unlimited budget but I need something that will give me good air flow whilst being as silent as possible, Hoping to spend as little as possible but will consider spending more if its not possible to get airflow & silence under 100.

There are so many different cases I am a bit lost so thought I will pick your brains.
Currently I have Coolermaster HAF 932 with:

-CH7 Hero
-2700x, currently have a Coolermaster 240m AIO which is ageing and is very loud. Will be replacing this with a Noctua NH-D15, so case will need to accommodate this.
-GTX 1080ti
-EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G1 (this is a real pain as the size means I cannot look at some of the smaller cases..)
-only have 1 3.5 hdd, but I can switch this out for a ssd if required.

Any advice is appreciated. I am not fussed about RGB, case will go between my desk and a wall so do not even require a see through panel. I am just after performance/silence.

Thanks

Fractal Define 7 Compact (or if compact does not meet your needs, then maybe the normal Define 7). Reasons why =
  • No glass side panel and the panels mean they insulate noise
  • Good airflow and build quality
  • Comes in black or white
  • Good radiator and PSU support
Other choices include Fractal Meshify, Phanteks P400 - although I think they are ugly.

Edit: Be Quiet 500DX looks good too.

Thanks, looking at the Be Quiet 500DX now or the Phanteks Eclipse P600S but both seem to be out of stock. Guess I will wait for them to be restocked.

update: Anyone know when be quiet! Black Pure Base 500DX is likely to come back in stock?
