Following my recent upgrades I'm now looking to get a new case to move my stuff over into. A pic of my current case is below and quite frankly it is a bit of a mess and the cooling isn't that great with my current setup.

At the moment i have 5 HDDs and 2 SSDs (having recently removed 1 SSD to build my dads new pc). I was looking to build a NAS so I could move most of the HDDs out but anything decent is quite pricey.

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on available cases or maybe something that is coming soon. Main features would be side facing drive bays and decent cooling options. I quite like the look of https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-173-NX currently on offer but not sure about the compartmentalisation of it.

Did you consider this case? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-004-PT&groupid=2362&catid=2277

I know it may not look as good as h440, but my friend has it and that case is quiet airflow restrictive and pretty loud if you want to get better airflow. This is just a recommendation.

Personally I like the look of this case http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-029-PT
but is much more expensive than h440 and phanteks case. However fully made of aluminium. Just be careful if you decide to buy this one there is also mini itx version that looks identical (only fron panel brushed aluminium look plastic).

Both cases have support for 5 or more 3.5inch drives. Hope this helps a little.

I really like the look of that 2nd case. The hinged doors rather than panels are a nice touch. The cost doesn't really put me off that much but I don't really want to be spending in the £200 range for example for a decent case.

I do understand but at the moment there aren't many cases that I would personally like except Phanteks evolve ATX case. This will probably applies to you too. I'm quiet specific on what I like and most of the case just look bad to me

At the moment I have Cooler Master Storm trooper with side windows. the main reason I got it because of the handle as I'm going quiet often to lan parties with friends. But it also costs £140 ish

Wait for others they might be able to recommend you a good case.

The Evolv is a fantastic case, so much room for cable management and so much possibility for expansion, but bare in mine you cannot put a DVD/Blu-ray drive in it!

OCUK don't sell it (for some reason) but have you had a look at the Thermaltake Core X9?

Got my eye on it for my next case.

I was close to pulling the trigger on this one when I noticed precisely that, no slot for DVD, which sucks.
Any other valid alternative? I need room for long graphics cards too, so this case looked great.
