Looking for a new case for my upgraded system
ill try getting pics of my current case up if i can
i have an msi k8n neo2 with 3.3v voltmod, opteron 146 @ 2.6ghz stock volts with a arctic freezer 64, my mem is old skool bh-5 and has a small 80mm fan over it
my current case has a side intake, top intake and rear exhaust all 80mm but temps in my case are always at least 34c
my cpu is around 40c idle and to 65c load
i should prolly metion that there is a large amount of 'blowback' from the fans as the holes in my generic case are pretty pathetic and also that my his x800xtpe is huge so the case is very cramped
im ideally looking for something that will blow air towards my cpu fan as it does not have any front case fans pointing at
advice needed
no budget but will pay 100ish quid if it is a top notch case

p.s. lik the look of the lanboy but its dimensions are similar to current case so im guessing that despite the two 120mm fans it will be too cramped for me

I'll say this before Yewen does :D

Lian-Li PC7+
Apparently, it's shipped 120mm/120mm fans, good pricing as well. You can also spend on the pre-mod window and cost will still be well under £100.

PC7+ or the Akasa Eclipse 62 really.

Both are really good cases, the Lian Li is built slightly better, but the Eclipse cools a bit better.

Both cases will keep any system cool and stable in the hottest of weather. :)

The case should drop your temps by about 5 on the case, and a fair bit on the time it takes to get to load temp on the CPU.

I would take the PC7+, but I do have a bit of a love affair with the case. :p

Bought this case and never looked at another one since :D

And not forgetting dual 12cm delta's for the exhaust, a 8cm delta for the top, 12cm for the side (with 8 to 12cm mount) and four Deltas on a Ninja, then replace the PSU with another Delta. Then six 12cm delta's on a WC radiator "WaterChill Xtreme CPU/VGA/Chipset Cooling Kit"

Pretty quiet system. :p

And at the mid-point of the Ninja, you will witness total darkness, with surrounding light all angles being sucked into it... witness, an Event Horizon just a few cm above your CPU

Sounds like my case... (4x120mm Delta Focused Flow, in my front room.. oh, I am partially deaf and work with headphones on...)
