New chair help

My current chair has about had it, leather at the front/sides has split an stuffing is coming out and it's now quite hard and uncomfortable.

I've been googling for gaming chairs and shortlisted : GT Omega Evo Racing/AK Racing Gaming Chair/DXRacer.
Anyone use this type of chair? ideally after one without wheels/with lockable wheels. Or would I be best off something like the Kashmir microfiber chair from staples?
Due to space sofa etc. isn't an option, I game in the small back room

I use a DXRacer D-Series and it's amazing. I thought about getting one for a while but being unable to try before buying I couldn't decide. In the end I just ordered one and after using it I just wished that I had ordered it ages ago. It doesn't have lockable wheels though but I'm not sure if you can get them as an option.
