Hi all

I bought a new chair at Christmas, it had fairly good reviews and reclined, has heated seat and massage, however yesterday I was stretching down to pick up something from the floor when something snapped, so now it tilts to the side!
I need a decent heavy duty chair, I weigh about 20st not bothered about all the bells and whistles as long as it reclines and is comfy for long use, and not to expensive!

Thanks in advance.

At that budget I can't think of anything except the IKEA chairs. Are they in stock though?

Aim a little higher and you can get a refurb Herman Miller or something like that. I bought a Humanscale Freedom which is great for long days working, sitting at the PC. I think there are better chairs out there though.

My reasoning is this:
If you sit at a desk for your job, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, it's going to influence your body a lot. I bought a £60 chair and it was truly uncomfortable. I invested in a more expensive chair so I didn't ruin my back.
It's the same for beds - spend money where you spend most of your time.
