To be honest your not going to get anything for £200 that would be worth buying unless you go second hand. The above is a good spec for the money and will play those games just fine depending on resolution, WOW would be great though. Just be sure to Overclock, that cpu should do 3Ghz on the stock cooler.
Oh and XP would be the better choice in this scenario, as from what I have heard Vista Home Basic is woeful? Also Vista would hog most of your resources anyway
