Well it's new clothes time seeing as most of my current ones are either shredded, covered in oil or older than Little Britain, so I'm after some new ones ;). I need some stuff that isn't too flashy, but isn't too plain, so what's good to get? :).

You could always go crazy and try jeans and t-shirts.

Bull. You can tell what's tat and what's not.

Believe me, I like a bargain and theres very little stuff I would wear from TK Maxx. Each to their own, if you like it, great.

...and about 99% rubbish :)

But it can be worth it for the 1% where you get something really nice at a good price. Bit like ebay, without the scams. :)

i got a couple of really nice tshirts of tk maxx, but like you say, its 99% junk.

depends on your budget really, if you have money to burn go to selfridges and get a personal shopper, preferably a hot female who will tell you what looks good and what doesnt.

somewhere like house of fraser is also good, especially the one in manchester.

river island is probs best out of the suggestions so far, topman do decent and cheap plain t shirts, but the rest of the casual stock is rubbish

definitely worth splashing out on jeans though :D

95%+ of my wardrobe is from Next. It can be a bit pricey compared to some stuff, but it's nice and not exactly paying hollywood prices.

I agree but its whether you can be bothered rummaging through all the tosh and funboy t shirts.

I have got a couple of good bargains from there though.

t maxx - dont go there.
you'd be wasting your time.

river island is my favourite place to shop, and my fave place for a man to shop at! so try river island, topman and burtons :) xxx
