New cmd for install windows with a local account replaces bypassnro

Microsoft just started blocking oobe/bypassnro command

Now same thing for workaround
press shift +f10 during install
And enter
start ms-cxh:localonly

Why would they remove one method but introduce or leave another? The slap heads.
