hi just a quick question ,ive bought desktops from overclockers before and had them within 48hrs ,now ive went to buy a system this morning for £1800 and told if I want within 2 days I have to pay a premium 0f £66 or wait 5-7days ,upto now I changed my mind on placing order

That's right. To improve quality of work we had to extend the standard built time, this gives us more time to test and quality check the system before dispatch.
During quiet periods all systems are built within a few days so if we can build it quicker we will. This turnaround time is one of the fastest in the industry currently, some of our main competitors can take up to two weeks to deliver.
We offer a premium fast track service for those customers who really can't wait but this comes at a cost because we have to move staff from other duties.
