How does this look for a new system primarily for gaming?

Asrock Z68-PRO3
Intel CORE I5-2500K
Patriot Memory G2 SERIES 8GB DDR3 1600 CL8 (always loved patriot memory)
Crucial 2.5 64GB M4 SSD SATA Drive
Corsair Air A50 CPU Cooler

Are all the components compatible?
Will it allow me a big overclock?

p.s already have corsair psu and 560ti
