How do you know i have the wrong drivers for everything?

If it is needed i will do a fresh install...

But i want to make sure first because i have a lot installed :P

Sam.

The chipset and ide/sata controllers, will be different in your new mobo from your old one, as will lan and audio.

You can just delete the old ones and install the new, but its always best to get a fresh os, you'l get a speed boost just from getting rid of the crap!

Im not using the HDD from my old pc, this is a new pc and the OS was installed when i got it.

Sorry i didnt realisr this was the case, thought you had just plugged your old one in.

In that case i wouldnt expect windows to be that much different, in games the ram wont give you extra fps, just allow you to use bigger textures, a new gfx card will do you a world of good
